My neigbhor filled both his deer tags in three days. He gave me the front legs from both deer, and the rib racks from one of them. Oh boy, am I glad I'm a cook! I've got one shoulder clod in my smoker right now. It's been in for about 5 hours. I'm getting ready to pull it out, wrap it up, and bake it in a slow oven for a couple more hours to tenderize it. Gonna have to go get some BBQ sauce to go with it!
