Short hunt at my pounded Plantation site.

Comrade Scott,
I would like that but I do not understand Russian lBahaha.

...well the Sorex comes in an English version which I ordered. Hopefully that is not just an English manual with Russian software..that is tough.
Now my Kondor is all Russian.....makes it fun but once you adjust it for a few weeks you recognize most parameters...although I have a Russian to English cheat sheet taped to the top.

It would be hard to compare a "beep and dig" detector to the Deus. I get plenty of depth with the Deus and can make adjustments on the fly. The Velox is not a bad detector but it looses sensitivity to large silver coins unless you run the sensitivity maxed out. It is heavy because it is well made. Very fast processor like the Deus in fast mode. Three tone silent search with the ability to turn iron volume off and on I believe the Velox was made to find low conductive metal. Gold hunting should be its strong suit. What detector does it look like?

What detector does it look like?

Hi,
Well, it sort of looks like a Minelab SD or GP.with a similar shaped control box hanging way at the end of the rod, underneath the armrest.
But then again, those minelabs are out of reach budget wise for me, since I do not use detectors to make a living by prospecting for gold.
I mean to say I couldn
