vdi question

I would dig one or two of them to see what it was and if I were on a beach, I would dig them all...........:biggrin:
 
Larry's right. Some things are too deep to give a VDI display and some mighty good finds are those signals,

Sorry, I may have misread your post. If you are saying a VDI number of "0", then I would look at my depth reading. If it is 1-2" then it's probably a foil of some type. Dig a few and check for sure. A deep signal, most certainly dig them all. In areas of lost jewelry, dig them all, no matter what the depth. The best discriminators I have ever seen though is the shovel and scoop!!!
