VDI Numbers

About 8 weeks ago, I requested people send me some data on their finds so that I could build a VDI spreadsheet. Received almost no direct feedback, so the attached data was comprised from my beach finds for the last two years. Before you ask - YES - I might be the only one that has not sent my stuff to ARA yet. Anyway, this is as good as it gets for now, as I have been in a major slump recently. I am unable to attach the Excel Spreadsheet, so I had to screen capture the data and convert it to a JPEG for uploading. Bottom line, start digging those low to mid 40s repeatable signals as well as any repeatable signal that does not register a VDI!

NOTES - Air test was conducted in Pro Mode, 0 Discrimination, Ground Balance 74, Sensitivity -2 bars. Thin silver items registered much lower on the conductivity scale than larger items - generally in the area of foil and pull tabs. The sterling necklaces identified as thin were only found as a result of the attached charms. Without the charms, they were only detectible at approximately 1.5 - 2 inches and they had to be in a pile.

Well I see no VDI #'s surprises :surprised:........if you dig everything between 42-90 you shouldn't miss any coins, any necklaces, any gold, any platimium, any silver, keys, toy cars, brass & copper fittings, chewing gum wrappers, ketchup, mustard, and tarter sauce containers, bottle tops and lets not forget the lowly :pulltab:

Word to the wise...IF you really want to know.....dig it all
