Vaquero's 1st gold

My first gold find of 2014 and with my new to me Vaquero . It's a small child's earring with what appears to be diamond chips. I found it last Tuesday evening but it's taken me this long to partially figure out how photobucket works . I hunted a nearby wood chip tot lot for 1+1/2 hrs. I had the Vaq set at sensitivity 10 and at the lowest disc setting and I was using the 5.75 Widescan coil , I dug every target . I'll try and see if can get a couple of pictures of that stuff up but I can't guarantee it . Sorry for the poor picture quality my PC will not accept photos from my Canon anymore ( it's listed as incompatible ) which is very strange as it had accepted the photos before . So , I had to use my old , cheap Kodak without the Macro setting . I am really enjoying this detector and my shoulder is loving it .

Nice going!!!! I see that you take your detecting seriously. Some say the Compadre is the tot lot king, but I'm here to tell you that the Vaquero does nearly as well if you use low discrimination with the 5.75 inch coil.
