Vaquero surprised me!

I put a big 'ol rusty nail on the ground and discriminated it out. Then put a clad quarter under it and the Vaq hit the quarter hard and kept hitting it with the coil up to 10 inches in the air. Amazing! Not a lot of detectors will do that.
 
You don't have to put a quarter on the ground - the Vaquero will find the ones you can't see :poke:

The point is.....forget iron masking with the Vaquero - no problem!
