Vaquero going back for repair

The discrimination doesn't work. It would not discriminate a pull-tab at max. then i tried it last 2 weekends ago in an nail infested area and i kept
messing with the knob and all of a sudden it went silent, then broken cracking signals, then a solid signal dug it and it was a an old brass lantern nut.
I dug 3 more brass objects after that and had to leave i had not known what it sounded like over iron with disc. as i am new to tesoro and have been using an
ace 250. So i sent it back to have them take a look at it.

Also it should be able to discriminate out a copper penny and still pick up a clad or silver quarter.

I have this problem with the limited discrimination on my Musketeer Advantage. Even at full clockwise, maximum discrimination it will not discriminate out a copper penny. But my X-Terra 70 will, I can discriminate out a copper penny but still pick up quarters. Why do I want to? Because sometimes, in areas with lots of trash and also loads of pennies, I Iike to be a silver only(quarters and above) hunter.

The Vaquero may not cleanly disc. out iron nails anyway, but a Compadre will. Try turning down the sensitivity then.
