Took my "V" out for a hunt today. I went to the north end of a local park where there are several playground areas, not really sure you'd call them tot-lots. After recovering 7 - 8 coins, all clad, I got a solid hit. Down about 3" in the mulch came out this little ring with a Star of David on it, I was encouraged. After 3 - 4 more coins, and of course some foil, bottle caps, and pull-tabs, I got another very solid hit. You know the sound your "V" makes when you hit a good target. I dug down maybe 4" and out came this very cool silver ring. What makes it an excellent find is, it's 925 silver and has 16 small diamonds encircling the band. The 10 is the size, the NV means it was made outside the US, not sure where yet. First rings of the 2012 season!! Vaquero is an awesome detector, Tesoro, an awesome company!
