Vaquero finds my first buffalo nickel

fwcrawford

Well-known member
I found this buffalo nickel in an old yard that has been pounded to death with several different detectors.
It is dated 1919 and is my first nickel of this type. I found a 1910 V nickel a few months ago and it was very deep.
This was about 3" deep. I'm happy to find anything in this yard now as signals are few and anything found is hard earned.
Thanks for looking
