Vaquero disc problem

Just got a new Vaquero. When I'm running it in all metal and then click it on to disc, sometimes I hear the threshold tone, like it is still in all metal. Do you think this is a switch problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like your switch is down, send it in to the factory. Normal turn around time is about a 1 to 2 weeks.
