Vaquero 5.75 finds an old lead toy

Not sure what era this lead soldier comes from. It's well worn and was certainly stepped on in the distant past. Down below 7 inches the signal was strong so I needed to be dug. This is the second lead soldier I've found in about a 10 foot area. I'm sure so additional careful searching with the smaller head will bring more stuff to light. As it stands the area is loaded with square nails, round nails, pull tabs and other assorted trash.

that is cool , looks pre WW2 for sure can't say for what date you have a interesting layer in that spot

I love those toy soldiers. I've only found 1.

Seems like there should be a lot with the playing with them outside.

Nice find!

See how the bottom is bent. I found a cool old greyhound dog toy that is bent like that .
