Last week I received a call from Vance concerning a used detector I ordered from him over the phone. I had spoken with him over a couple of weeks about the machine and finally ordered it. He calls me and tells me that due to a mix up the machine I ordered was bought on-line and shipped out to someone else. Before I could make a comment he tells me that due to his mistake he ordered me a new machine, paid the difference of the cost for a new machine, plus having it shipped direct from the maker to me. It's hard to be upset about that. I know he could have just refunded my money but instead he put his customer first, CLASS ACT! I look forward to doing future business with Vance. Eddie Allman
