WE DID BUY SOME BELT LOOP HANGERS FROM LOWES AND HOME DEPOT, BUT THEY RUSTED AND BROKE FAST

:please::please::please: Thank you sir! :cheers:

if u have a stainless scoop, the smaller one works great

we went to the larger white kind to keep the alum. scoops from rubbing on our pants and turning them gray.

the bend bolt deal works great just for dragging down the damp and dry sand where there is no wave action

EZ - took me about 30 minutes to make it. The second picture above is me with my unit - that I sent to Max.
Plastic was cut from those large olive buckets at the deli store - has the perfect curve to it. Used a dremel to follow a pattern I had made.
SS u bolt from hardware store - the big boxes didn't have them big enough.
The fairleads from a sailing shop - perfect item.
Makes a great accessory for taking the stress off the digging arm - also acts as a second hand holding that scoop. My big aluminum job holds in there nice.
Thanks again Max for the concept and all the advice.

You can also buy a cordless drill tool belt hanger which is a little more expensive but is about the same thing, Maxx is the man though!

nice idea..

Hey Max - been focused on dirt digging - putting the finishing touches on that Southampton Historical Society collaboration that I got approved. Press releases and publicity in the works.
Now we are locking down the locations for the fall hunts: historical home sites, large private estate sites and farm fields. All in and around Southampton, LI - settled ca. 1650.
