Valid email contact at Garrett?

Does anyone have a valid email contact at Garrett? I sent an email to sales@garrett.com inquiring
on the status of my AT Pro but no reply. I figure if I directed my request to an individual rather
than a generic email address I might get a response...

Ive tried that e-mail address and my emails are returned with"" mail delivery system failure"". Happens every time I try that email address

It didn't get returned but no reply also...:canadaflag:

I called Garrett and simply asked what the status of my detector was, they asked my name and zip code and to my surprise it had already been repaired and was on it's way to my doorstep.

I guess that is my best bet as they don't answer emails...

Congratulations Joel and I guess the next ? is after waiting that long for its return, did they fix what was wrong with it?...

Kris (old Crusty )first thing was to repeat all the test as prior to sending it in.
I can say its super quite no more falsing when its shaken on the swing and bumping the grass and snow.
Still seems the same as far as everthing else even with the sens up very quite.
Job well done on Garretts part and even got the Texas Twister as a free add on:thumbup:

My AT Pro was picked up by UPS on 2 Mar and I received it back in the mail today, 29 days total. Not bad.
The falsing and wrist wiggle issues appear to be fixed. They were supposed to include a digging trowel
as a gift. It was on the packing slip but not in the shipment. I emailed them and surprise, surprise
I received an email back with apologies and the trowel is in the mail.. I am happy... Now if the ground
would only thaw out. Thawed on top but frozen solid 2 inches down...
