Vacation detecting question

Picsous

New member
I have one question for my first vacation in the south,

i plan to go Dominican Republic ,is there any laws

again detecting in that region ?

:Check with Leslie from Nova Scotia he's been there and done it.
Just be careful when you go to Dominican custom/airport checking
they kept some of his finds. ( jewelry )

Tanks for answering,i think i will change my

vacation for USA ,maybe MIAMI or the KEYS ,i don't

want to go for my first vacation (from Canada) with-out my detector.

Mexico look okay, but risky for my detector not coming back with me.

Anny's suggestion will be nice.

I've been to the Dominican three times and detected no problems, Mexico twice and have read of others doing the same. There's a fella who is a dealer in California I think, Streeters. He has posts on the net about visiting various Caribbean places to detect. On a cruise ship we visited the Cayman Islands and Bahamas, detected there also. Locally here in Canada we don't have many warm sunny beaches to detect. Heading to Myrtle Beach Friday..see ya there..:>)
