Vacant lot with my MX5

Pretty harrowing day all around. It was cold here in Iowa and it would sleet on and off for a few minutes. I was hunting with my buddy with a T2. The ground was full of nails, but I was still able to pull 2 Wheaties, $1.50 worth of clad, and a couple items I've never dug before, two tokens. They aren't rare, but they're the first I've pulled in my short MDing career. One is a National Arcade Token from Chicago and the second is a Uncle Sam Play nickel from 1965. Of course, the find of the day went to my fellow hunter who found a 1909 Barber with is his T2. Just excited with my finds, so I'm sharing! I'm starting to get the hang of understanding the tones.

You're going great, the important and best part is the adventure.

Well done!
Paul

The depth of your finds. And if you know?. How deep was the Barber he dug with the T2.

My MX5 gets about 7" right now. I'm new, so I could be missing items. My sensitivity is at 8, good ground balance with the stock 9" spider coil, and only negative ferous notched out. Most of my items were obvious repeatable signals with an average depth of 5-6 inches. The Barber was 7-8" down. I have no doubt in my mind that the T2 goes deeper than my MX5.
