Va Beach, the lane, the mine

New member
Hit low tide last eve, 11pm to 0330 am, walked the lane from 10th to 19th, ran into David from Suffolk and noticed a new hunter that stayed out in the mine about an hour. I didnt remember his name but he said he was getting some clad and assorted metal, He was useing a Garrett SeaHunter . I headed back south from the pier and noticed how the waves were almost gone, put another buck fifty in the meter and into the mine I went, hunted over an hour for a few pennys but enjoyed myself being out in the deeper water. may try it again this eve.

Awesome.
You guy's are killing me with your beach hunting stories. So much so that I am moving back to Florida in August.

...not anymore.

Nowadays I am forced to ignore the cost of fuel as just the "cost of doin' business" but now if I can find more than I pay for parking, I'm some KIND of successful.

Glad you are still getting out, what is up with Rob haven't herd much from him this year. Is he in the penalty box for breaking scoops? HH

Rob working full time, heat and air, he is fishing from a kayak and not detecting much, he is 17 going on 30 so sometimes things are difficult between dad and lad.
