V3i on a well deserved...

rest period:whites: New kid arrived in town (m-6) , had to show it the sites and to see how it would handle them. Passed with flying colors. But don't think that the v3i is going to be resting for very long. It's waiting for it's new partner .The much anticipated arrival of the 12x15 sef coil in white. It's going to get its first test here on the beaches of southern cali. Any ideas or settings to help it get in sinc with the v3i ? Found gold last week. Hope to find more when the new arrival gets here.:clapping: Thanks all and HH. Al

Run the salt beach program and setup the 12x15 the same as any other coil. Any VLF detector will lose sensitivity to small gold in salt compensate. So in the dry sand try regular 3 frequency which doesn't eliminate small gold. In the wet you will have to go salt compensate. Good luck.
