Yep, Carl admitted to it but you will have to wait for details.

14 moons ago, I mentioned that we had intended to make V3 multi-lingual, but removed that feature so as not to delay release. V3i will be the Internationalle version of V3, with the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Russian, Turkish, Latin, and Vulcan. As posted by Carl on another forum.

English got changed to Latin, and you can forget the Vulcan. Rob

I'm guessing there'll be a little more to it but not a lot. If they are going to go in and do languages, engineers couldn't hold back to just that? (The V3 has plenty of headroom with all that memory and processor.) I'm guessing Romulan, Klingon and Jersey.
