V3 video part 2

Nice video Bill and Nice camerawork - as it's nice to see the screen as well as the target dig.

Was a good dig with the multiple targets - shows you just can't focus on a solid repeatable signal all of the time.

I'm sure a lot of the guys appreciate the videos. Any chance of showing how you set the machine up (using ground probe, filters, recovery, sens., etc.) as that would help those new to the detector? Just an idea.

I'm ready to see you dig some silver :twodetecting:

I liked them, especially because they were inclusive with the real-life audio search tones and PP tones. I really can't get excited to see most of the vids simply showing a dug hole without any of "the hunt" process. Thanks for these! martin

Super video Bill. There was a lot to learn. Now to finish the post, we know you were in Missouri.

What program were you running? What were your settings?

For the video guys, what kind of camera do you have? How did you have it mounted? Really a great job of how a video should be shot and what should be included. Many videos are not worth the effort.ROB

Thanks for the comments. I will try to answer the questions you have asked. Heres how I setup the detector. I just got it so I still have a lot to learn but anyway here goes. I set the vco to on, turned off modulation, modified the stock coin program, accepted 17-21, 51-94, I then assigned a tone to range 17-21, then a little higher tone to 51-71, and an even higher one to 71-94. I had the recovery on 60. I think I had the rx gain around 10 and the disc on about 80. cant really remember, I have played with it so much. I did not use the tx boost.

I used a flip ultra HD video camera. I did not have it mounted when filming the screen but used a small tripod to set it on the ground while filming the digs.

Excellant video's Bill. Your digs are very clean and plug sizes small as well. You also clean up well after yourself which really helps all of us keep our hobby alive!!:detecting:

Looks like you are doing quite well with the V3.:clapping:

Great videos, thanks for sharing them. The flip video is a mean machine. I use one daily in my business and they work great.
