V3 gets deep silver

Found this today at a place that's been pounded for years it was about 8" deep. It gave good tone and proper id. I was using the 5.3 eclipse coil and running the deep silver program with three frequency's turned on mixed mode off Rx gain,AC/DC, sensitivity at the factory presets Tx boost off. And sweeping at a snails pace with the 5Khz filter.

That is a beauty Jeremy.

that you got that performance from the V3 with my favorite coil, the 5.3 Eclipse. As a matter of fact, while I've not been the biggest fan of the 950 in the past, I've done a lot more field work with ALL of the White's coil during the past year and have settled in on the 950 and 5.3 Eclipse coils for my M6 and MXT and V3 work. A 3rd pick from White's is the 12" concentric coil for certain applications.

Using the 6" coils (Blue Max 600 & 5.3 BullsEye or 5.3 Eclipse for the proper models) on the Classic III SL, IDX Pro, XL Pro, XLT, M6, MXT and V3 I have repeatedly made good finds in problem trash, and have also pulled small coins and trade tokens from respectable depths. Best of success on future hunts, and "Thank You" for sharing your coil and set-up info. It adds value to a post in my opinion.
