Made it back if you are going get a 950 coil you can run it hot and use TX boost and it goes DEEEEEEEEEEEEEP.
Found four gold and several silver rings lots uf junk rings and jewlrey real nice silver charm. My memory card for my camera is dead
so I will try to post some pictures when I get a new one. Was a lot of fun and learned a lot about my V3 got about 36 hours of hunting in over 6 days.

Very nice, Jason.

How far are you from Blowing Rock, NC. Labor weekend will be there for a family thing and hope to find a place or two to hunt for some Civil War or even Indian relics etc.
Things are tight with not working, but, just HAVE to find some places to swing the coil from Monday on.:stars:

Also, if anyone is from that area, feel free to raise your hand!!:crylol:

I am in Tn about a hour and a half from blowing rock. Relic hunting is kind of ruff right now as it is hot and the grass and weeds are high were i hunt.
Been sticking to the beach and water for right now.

Glad your beach hunt went well, it will definately spoil you. Easy digging and lots of good scenery and the most chance of anywhere to find gold rings. I had my first beach hunt this year with the E-Trac and could not believe how deep I dug targets. I dug some pennies and nickels at least 18 inches. I dug a childs bracelet at 2 feet plus, One of my hunting buddies came over and asked what I dug up, he said I looked down there and saw I had about a knee deep hole dug.
I found a sack full of junk jewelry myself and ended up with 14 rings, several silver only 2 gold, tungsten and titanium. Fred was with me and he is learning the E-Trac he purchased from you, he has been trying to get me to put one of those tennis racket grips on mine like you had done, it does seem to be very comfortable.

Good Luck Digging.

Jason,

Does the Salt Beach program work for you?

Mine has a hard time pinpointing...just won't hit the target sometimes. Could be my coil, I guess.

I sent the V3 in for repairs and updates.
