V-Rated Coils=MX5

Hello guys, I was wondering if the mx5 stock coil is v-rated ? For some reason I thought all coils being made for these machines were v-rated . If some of you guys have the mx5 and can look on the coil and see for me , that would be awesome . Thanks , GS
 
Mine too! I have had both in the 5.3 Ecipse and couldn't tell any difference on the 5 or MXT
 
You shouldn't notice any difference with a V rated coil since the V rating just means that it is nulled better for the 22.5 frequency of the V series.
 
Just found out if the serial # starts with V its V rated.
