Using The Uniprobe With Sov XS 2A-Pro

Does anyone know if a Uniprobe can be used with the XS 2A-Pro?? I need to know if these will interfere with each other......as I would like to purchase a used uniprobe if it will work. Please email me direct. Thanks

Hey Clockdryve, From what I know about the Uniprobe, it will INTERFERE with Any Detector, because it is a Pulse Induction Pinpointer Probe. If you are interested in a probe that will not interfere with your XS-2a-Pro, then I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND a SunRay S-1 Probe, which mounts on the shaft of your Sov, and works directly off your detector, thus using all the tone-ID's of your SOV.
I just bought a brand new SOV GT, and I am waiting for my SunRay S-1 Probe to arrive, which should arrive any day now. I also have one on my FISHER CZ-70Pro, use to own a WHITES MXT with one on it, and I personally would not have a primary dirt detecting detector without one. You won't regret it!! Just my OWN OPINION!! Best of luck, whatever you decide! HH,
