Using the MI-6 with other detectors

Old California

New member
The MI-6 is seriously deep when paired with the Deus Controller, so I've been using both with other detectors. Either attached to the shaft, or controller in my pocket it stays on during the entire hunt.

Two of my Pi's with Mars shafts have a Deus controller clip of there own, this allows the controller to stay secure. With my VLF, simply put the controller in my pocket in the on position.

Tried using the MI-6 without the controller, but it's not that deep. But together, Wow it's deep.

I can't get the MI 6 to go deep. Even turn sens up to 50 from the controller and I almost have to have the probe touching something before it sounds off. Any ideas Old California?

That's odd, With the controller it's deep. I use Pulse audio, sensitivity maxed out at 50. Return when needed, overall extremely Good pinpointer when using controller.

You may need to send yours in if poor depth continues when using controller, sorry to hear about this.

Good luck,
Paul

you mean in-pair them and then re-pair them? sounds easy enough..lol... well maybe.. I'll give it a try, thanks

Marty, You may need to reload the MI-6, this helps sometimes.
