As i have stated in other posts, I've used Fisher's 1200 series
for a long time.This is my first ID machine.Hunted a corn field
thats been hunted by every one and every type of detector.Now i
didn't set the world on fire but,i did dig a couple bullets.
I also dug the back of a cuff button[tiny] at a depth of 6
inches.The bullets were 8 to 10 inches.I'm still learning but
I'm catching on.Ran all metal, sens.80, had to ground balance
a good bit,because after a while machine got noisey.Fastgrab
fixed the noise every time.
 
& your right, changes in soil can increase the chatter, & fast grabbing occationally can "cure" that quickly & easily....
