Using a 2500 with a Uniprobe probe

I use the Uniprobe probe with the 2500pro and get a constant buzz in the headphones.
I have tried adjusting the frequency, but no luck.
I love the advantage the probe gives, but the constant buzz will drives you nuts after awhile.
I have not had this problem with any other detector I pair the probe with.
Hoping you guys and gals can give some suggestions

I use the UniProbe with a 2500, I found that I have to place the 2500 a little distance from the uniprobe.
I use the pocket probe, and I found if the headphone wires or the box were within 16inches are so of the probe I would get the buzz.
What I did to solve my problem was to cut the sensitiviy down on the probe move everything away from the area and set the probe so I get a slight ticking sound from it, but when it gets about 4 inches from my ring it starts emit.Likewise when I place it near my digging tools it howls.
Some probes are more particular about their settings, the first uniprobe I had (It only lasted a couple of days) was easier to set than the one I have now. But it quit working and was replaced.
Hope this helps.....

The 2500 and everything about it is super sensitive. You'll have to keep the probe a ways away from it or turn it off while using the probe close to it.

Bill said I had a sensitivity issue. This got me thinking and I tried adjusting it my self, without luck.
Went to the the shop I bought the detector, Kellyco and after many sales people shook their heads, when they even put their own headphones on and the buzzing continued.
Mike, the trouble shooter, had the problem solved in about 5 mins. The sensitivity was set way to high. After he took the sensitivity down 2 complete rows (there are 3)all was quiet.
With all this done, can use not only my Garrett headphone that came with the machine, but now my Uniprobe probe without a whisper. <img src="/metal/html/clap.gif" border=0 width=20 height=30 alt=":clap"> Yeah!!!
Thank you to Bill for suggesting sensitivity and thanks to Kellyco in Orlando for there great troubleshooting knowledge.
