This Is just a question I was thinking about. Would anyone know if tesoro or any company for that matter would sell used machines that came in for repair that never made it back to thier owners? What does the company do with them?
 
As far as i know, if it comes in for service it goes back to the owner. They don't charge for repairs so there is no reason the owner wouldn't get it back. This is for Tesoro.
 
Tesoro is the BEST-est when it comes to warranty and customer service! Period :)

My guess, they sell as "factory reconditioned". Some may advertise these, others you would have to contact them and ask. They probably offer at reduced prices, with a limited warranty. Check with a dealer......they should know how the manufacturer of a certain brand operates on this issue.
