Well used my Treasure Pro today for the second time and the Nel sharpshooter coil for the first time. I can't say I was not overly impressed with it yet . But I was fooling with the settings trying to find out what worked best for me and the spot , I got a lot to learn yet . This was a new spot nether of us had detected at before and it had lots of chopped up trash . My son was detecting the same new spot with me today using his Fisher F2 and made me look really bad . He had one target I couldn't detect and he could but it may of been cause i was trying high trash mode at the time , didn't think about that till we were done detecting , the target was a zinc penny . I had to lower my sensitivity half way to get the chirping to a minimum .The treasure Pro has a very fast target recovery speed so along with the DD coil I need to learn to slow down my swinging speed also I ended up going from 8 tone to four tone seemed to work better for me today anyway .
My son got 17 coins ( 92 cents ) today along with a good amount of trash and I only ended up with 3 coins ( 7 cents ) and a lot of trash . I will give some more reports as I get a chance to use it more and learn how to set it up right for me . Here's a picture of our finds today his left of the nail and mine on the right , I had already thrown my trash in the can before we took this picture .
Good hunting Guys ,
Harold
