Used Coinstrike prices

I had been watching a C$ on ebay that ended today (item 260301632179). Has 2 coils and Sunray probe. Went for $333 shipped. Wish I would have bid :nopity:
Earlier this year I bought a C$ from Mike for $360, but had to sell it a couple months later because of an emergency for $360.
You guys think this is a trend in used C$ prices? Maybe folks with the cash would rather buy something else instead of the C$? Used F70s are dipping down to not much higher.

The C$ remains my favorite all time machines, and at some point I plan on getting another. At these used prices it seems that you just can't go wrong.

Hi Wayne,

Since the price for a new one dropped to $550, the used prices have dropped as well. That and the fact they lack the popularity that increases their value. I have also noticed that the recent need for cash has dropped the value of all used machines. I've seen the same type of selling on several machines that make we wish I had the ready cash to buy. Keep your eye open and cash ready cause I bet you see some more killer buys like that.

You can't have this one

Wayne,

The prices of coin strikes have got so cheap that I had to buy one. Actually, I am the guy who bought the one on ebay.
With the Sunray probe and an extra coil, I figured I couldn't go wrong. Also, if you happened to own an ID Edge, you can switch coils between the two detectors using the Sunray probe as the interface.

With that Oak Mtn reference, I figured it had to be a B'ham person. Congrats on the great deal!
