USB don't reconize the E-trac?

Can't seem to get them to talk to each other? I'm running window 7 and the Exchange program loaded no sweat but the PC wont connect to the E-trac. Anybody run across this?
 
Mine hooked up fine. But I read and reread how to do it and asked questions on the main e-trac forum. The only thing I can say is make sure you do every thing in order. Also there,s a u-tube video on how to hook it up. If that dont work ask on the e-trac forum and somebody will be along to help you. HH
 
Fire up xchange on the pc then plug in the usb to both the E-Trac and PC then turn on the Etrac. This worked for me and I am also on windows 7
