:usaflag: Water, Water Everywhere!!!

Heading out to a job in the torrential rain, with winds really stirring things up this AM, I was startled to nearly nearly hit a pair of Mallards landing in my lane appearently seeing the soaked roadway as a stream!! One swift glance at my oncomming black van's headlights and they were headed straight up and away!

Sump-pump calls provide a little excitement especially when I learned from one of the local volunteer firemen that water was flooding the basement of a new $750,000 house faster than they could pump it out with their huge pumps and it wasn't even high tide yet!!!

I wondered how those houses would take to this kind of heavy rain. Now I know!

Hope you're high and dry where you are,

CJ
