Most of the answers I came up with came with a "depends". Many of the answers supplied did not match my opinions exactly so I was only able to choose the ones that came the closest to my personal opinion. For example.... I believe abortion should be legal but NOT as a source of birth control. Stem cell research should be expanded but NOT by cultivating stem cells through partial birth abortion. That is the Most horrible thing I've ever read a description of. They have the ability to multiply stem cells in labs and I'm all for research under those circumstances. I also think that the death penalty isn't USED ENOUGH !! We should all put in express lanes to the gas chamber like Texas. My second candidate was Mitt Romney and recently I have really been looking at his candidacy with much interest. We'll see what happens as it gets closer. I'm like Vern, none of them are really conservative enough.

I wish Ted Nugent would run !!

.... Newt wasn't waiting so long to decide to enter or not. Newt has the best handle on history / not repeating bad history, is a great forward thinker and knows the pulse of conservatives such as a few of us here on this forum.

Of course with Hillary's new image, I may have to rethink my position.
