:usaflag: Treasure Hunting (A brain teaser)

Bill in Texas

 OK I use Tesoro Detectors and I did not find a forum for detecting without a metal detector, so I will post here. I have a new detector that promises to find more valuable finds than a metal detector. It lets me locate precious gems and diamonds that have been lost. I already know that it works, but not how well yet (not enough experance). The detector is made out of two items that most people have in there house. I thought up this detector idea to find a lost diamond. If you can come up with this idea I will give it up, but not untill someone does. By the way it can be used when it is freezing outside. Wow a detector to detector gem stones. Here is a chance to use your brain more than your metal detector. Bill in Texas

Polarized sunglasses and a flashlight.

Well now I think my idea is better, but dahut you are in the ballpark. Bill In Texas

Two bent wire coat hangers.

Sunglasses and a snowblower

A banana and a trained monkey!

:goodnight: Dag-nab-it Junklord3139, now I am going to be hunting a black light. Don't tell my wife, she says I hunt too much now. Bill in Texas

Me,neither Tab. The only reason I thought of the mirror and sunglasses is because of the way I find some coins on lowlight conditions-in the morning or late evening. You can get to the left or right running parallel with the sun and if a coin or metal object's there the gleam will hit your eyeball. I have even been able to tell half the time whether it's a silver or copper coin. When riding my bicycle, I would ride in directions where the angle would cause the reflections and find coins all over town. Nice way to exercise. And at night, the STREETLIGHTS at this angle would reflect coins and several times the outline of a wallet on the parking lots. It really works:thumbup:
