Yesterdays finds for those who are visually oriented.

I'm pretty sure the "stone" is CZ as the setting is cheap and where it was found is not the ritziest part of the world.

! Otherwise I would be able to retire!

Wedding band is 14K initialed and dateed '97, other ring--not marked, but has chip diamond.

The small ring has initials and the date 1900 inside it. I can't make out the number, but from the tarnish I would suspect 10K and the gem stone is gone.

The rest are silver bits and pieces.

Thought I would have to crawl back to the van, but otherwise it was a great day!!

This AM I'm feelin it too!

Yesterday I took my new/used Excal out for a spin!

I was waiding in waist deep salt water!

The control housing was never more than a foot under water.

I had great fun until I started getting loud, almost explosive, sounds in my earphones!

Upon investigating I found about a table spoon full of water in the control housing!!

There were no obvious indications of damage, IE cracks, chips, Etc.

Have any of you had a similar experience and how did you deal with it?

In the "good old days", I had two or three 6 or 7 ring days!! (25 years ago!)
