:usaflag: Skunked at the tot-lot (or maybe Rhino-ed)

Bill in Texas

New member
:twodetecting: My wife and myself went to a city tot-lot that we had not been to for awhile. I knew that it would be clean, because it is very well hunted, so we hunted in all metal. We found nothing, but a few small pieces of wire, foil, and bb's. She did find the Rhino without the help of the detector. We Finely gave up on the lot, she went to the truck and I coin shot for a while in the hard rocky ground. I did find a "Don't mess with Texas" token, a quarter, 3 dimes and 2 pennies. The oldest coin was a penny at 1966. Oh yea I also find my sore back again. Bill in Texas :tesoro:

Be hard to hide a Rhino:blink:
So the items in the center is a token. I have one just like it except it's California, and I don't recall the wording. But nearly same size, copper, same shape, the raised outline border - I didn't know they were a token - good to know.
