:usaflag:Good finds are so far and few between that I've had a hard time with video documentation. Could'nt possibly record every clad coin I dig up either. Still trying to get out and do an All Metal/Dig Everything video too. But it's getting down to crunch time and I need to spend my last month of detecting trying to find some good stuff ! Enjoy this shortie vid anyways..

Nice little video, Dave. Always enjoy em!

:usaflag:Thanks. Here is a picture of tonight's finds at the same spot. Got about an hour in after dinner. The place is slowly giving up other coins as I remove the boatload of pennies. The little doghouse pendant is made of copper but is very light..copper-coated maybe?

wow nice finds, even if its only a couple of nice ones you still have them, i do have a question though, do you need permission to go to place like the one who did in the video? because if not then i know a couple of places by me that i would love to go to, anyway not trying to steel your thread, just a quick question on what you did to gain access to that area to detect, again nice finds, and i enjoyed watching the half dollar come out of the ground

Dave you sure keep your ACE clean, mine looks like crap. I have put the metal detector down for the rifle and fishing pole now so I probably won't be detecting very much for the next few months. Keep the videos coming..................Bill in NC

Well, I found out through people in town who owns it. Then I realized that the owner's wife owns the coffee shop behind my house. So I talked to her and she gave me a heads-up the next time he stopped in for coffee. Simple as that. I've been pretty lucky in that respect. You just gotta ask...the worse they can say is "no"

Yeah...thanks. I like to take it apart and clean it up after a couple of hunts. Better resale value if I ever needed to go that route. And I've had that dustcover on it damn near since I bought it, so the screen and control housing are like brand new.

Nice vid McDave. I too have kept a cover up on my 1350 since I bought it and I use coil covers so my coils stay like new as well. Really good job on the video and I loved the JFK Half. I found one this year in the early spring.:garrett:
