Yeah, McDave. You better find those buffalos. Another month and you'll be looking at 10 inches of frost in the ground...and we here in Wisconsin are only a few days behind you. what shall we do for 3 to 4 months if we can't get out and swing those beepers every day? What does everyone on here do to pass the time in the winter?

:usaflag:3 or 4 months? We're talking 5 months minimum of frozen ground. I'm about as close to the arctic circle as anyone wants to be.

I'm a coin buyer and collector also, so I will spend most of my time waiting by my mailbox for my new purchase(s).

Also plan on buying a 2nd detector over the winter. Not sure about which brand or model...still have'nt really decided. I WAS kind of leaning towards the AT Pro, but since they won't be released until nov.1st, I'm not going to worry about being the first one to own it this year. I'll wait until all the hoopla dies down. And if by spring it is still a waiting game with the new garretts, I will buy a Minelab SE Pro.

I was outright lied to about when I would receive my DD coil. They should have never made promises they could'nt keep.
