:usaflag:Can anyone shed some light on why they did not produce a Mercury dime from 1932 to 1933? Was it due to the Depression?

Probably because there were enough in circulation already, most likely because of The Depression. They also started minting the new Washington Quarter in 32 so maybe they were using production to make enough of them to fulfill demand. If memory serves, The Mint didn't produce nickels, quarters and halves in 1933 (and other years from 30-34) either.
