fsa and myself were invited to a water hunt in Bridgeport at the beach where Craig recovered a nice ring yesterday with his friend Robert.

At the proscribed time, 11AM an hour or two before dead low tide, we met with Craig, Robert, PI Joe, and Ct Joe for what turned out to be a lot of exercise and interaction among Fellow Hunters with the sanded in hunt zone refusing to give up anything, but token finds which I like to think of as promises of successful future hunts.

I think fsa won the coin total, Robert a silver quarter, and I recovered a small, thin silver ring and a silver religious medal.

One day, if I live long enough, I may recover one of the gold rings Craig keeps telling me are there.

fsa and I both agree it was great to hunt with you SW Connecticut Hunters and enjoy your company today!

GL&HH Friends,

CJ

As an Old hunter Craig, I know there are days like that where a beach full of great hunters will leave with only a token of what might have been found.

Beach sand, weather, tide conditions and target/junk consentration are all factors.

With these things in mind, I think "We Done Good"!!

You're a great bunch of hunters to "get out there with" and I wish it wasn't such a treck down and back.(Speed traps had traffic crawling into New Haven)

Looking forward to another hunt,

CJ

Let Joe and I know when you want some company and we will venture up your way to try and wrestle some of your gold out of the rocks :)

Let me know when you would like to head this way and I'll guide you into my favotite spots too!! (Now let me see, Where do I need to thin out the scrap metal so I can get at the good stuff??)

GL&HH Friend,

CJ

We may not have gotten any big score, but the time spent with these five veteran hunters was well worth the time spent to get there and back. Gentlemen all.
