Just before 11AM and an hour or so before dead low tide locally I finally got a chance to hunt beyond waist deep in a spot I was sure I might find gold.

The recent cold spell, winds and rough water have kept me ashore for too long!!

Almost 2 hours in, a half hour past when my bladder alarm started sending me alert signals, I found this 6.5 Gram 10K old style onyx ring in my sifter. A cute silver ring and some clad with 7 dimes added up to 25 targets recovered!!

Shut down Mr.DF at the 21/4 hour mark and headed to the house cold, but delighted with the take for the hunt!

GL&HH Friends,

CJ

Nice finds and a decent length hunt to. Way to go CJ. I did a hunt with wader mike today, check out our finds...well done back on the gold :)

Nice ring finds.
Like the gold one:thumbup:

maybe you should get some Depends! lol I know there have been times when I needed them, hate to stop hunting to go potty, nice rings........HH

Those rings were worth getting in the water. My last few trips were mostly clad, but still enjoyable. I hate to get my chest waders on and get to hunting and have to answer the call of nature. But, what you gonna do? Anyway, the stuff in the water isn't going anywhere. HH.

Nice work there again for CJ! :clapping: Well, after reading this early today I had to wader up and have a go...since my waders are still leaking, whats a little more water in them to me?

Great hunt CJ...That gold just can't hide from you....I'm surprised you even need a detector:lol:

Hey Mud,
Can't you get a kit like they used to sell to patch bike tire tubes with to patch that leak?
