MY hunting partner Frank and I arrived at the beach where I found the '33 class ring yesterday at 2PM and found the water calm enough, but showing a little wave action caused by the SE wind.
An hour into the hunt I had recovered a half dozen clad quarters and some junk and the waves were starting to build with the increasing wind.
Frank and I both were starting to feel chilled by the 11/2 Hour mark and agreed to wrap it up for the day.
We lasted another half hour and headed home to warm up a bit.
My final tally was 27 targets recovered in 2 Hours including a little junk, 9 quarters, 2-nickels, 2-pennies and a 1/2carat/14K engagement ring!!
