Yesterday I used my LS with the new 11X14"Mono coil for the first time and found a 1925Merc. in waist deep salt water.

A little over two hours of searching put a few clad coins and several pieces of junk metal and bottle caps in my pouch along with this ring.

I was excited to see it in my Super Sifter, but when I picked it up I realized it wasn't heavy enough to be white gold or platinum as I had thought.

When I turned it around I learned I had found a pirates ring of what appears to be stainless steel!

At least I know the LS is doing its job!

Anytime you find a mercury dime and a ring, you're doing great. Glad Garrett got you back to using your detector. HH and thanks for sharing.
