Caught 3 hours of low tide at mid-day today and water hunted the most accessible area of our local sanded in beaches.

Some of the toughest water hunting there is because of the large stone masses that make up the substrate supporting the sand.

Targets are getting scarce, but I ain't compainin at all when I can bring home gold and silver!!

My Dual field, Diablo and I brought home a few finds worth huntin for.

The usual bullets and fishing weights along with a few clad coins and nickles were joined be these rings and two silver pieces of jewelry.

The rings are old, in fact I would say they are antique.

The man's ring is .35 Troy Oz's of 10K and the ladies ring is sterling silver w/ a pretty stone that may be Aquamarine.

This is the beach area I have started calling "The Boulder Field" and it is still producing.

GL&HH Friends,

CJ

PS White's if Yer listenin, I've about wore out the coil cover on Mr Dual Field and I would appreciate it if you could see Yer way clear to send one out to this Old Hunter!!

CJ, I have a Dual Field, hunt fresh water here in Washington State. I only
use it where I know the deep, old goodies are. I have been hitting an old
beach where the waders have removed every thing recent. Targets are
extremely deep and few, but in five dives, I have removed four gold rings,
eight silver rings, five Mercury dimes, a nice 1935 Buff, three large round,
numbered bath house checks and today a 1912 V nickel. The Dual is
a fine machine.

Thanks for your reply rehless,

You have perfectly described "Dual Field Country"!!

Any beach where hunting has been hard and heavy is a potential gold field!

Ya done good!

GL&HH Friend,

CJ
