My first target this AM was a tiny ring and Dual Field let me know there was no doubt there was a target down in those stones.
A couple of trys later Diablo tossed this tiny ring into my sifter!
Two double O buck shot followed, then a Merc and a small silver bracelet and I'm thinkin as how the hunt is off to a good start!!

31/4 hours later I had 45 targets recovered, 2 clad quarters, 5 clad dimes (1-Merc.), 3-nickles, 3-real pennies, two Zinclons and 5 pieces of brass.

The first 2 hours were OK with the waves being held at bay by the sand bar about 200' out from the water line.
I guess Old Ma Nature saw me havin too much fun and the next thing I know the wind has moved from a gentle North wind to a brisk wind outa the west kicking up some nasty swells which with the rising tide soon were skipping over the bar and assaulting this Old Hunter!!
I struggled with swells racing in and wanting to carry my gear and me in with them and rebounding swells going out the way they came in wanting to drag me out too.
After over an hour of this I decided I had had about all the fun I could stand for one day and headed home!!
I just lucked into this spot where the sand is thinned down enough to allow locating targets. (Sand has my "Rock Garden" out of order at the moment.)

PS I'm thinkin that diggin up that nasty piece of glass was worth the price of admission!!
