:usaflag: Did some digging at an old house today....

[size=large]The old house dated to 1830. The owner said he had detected it 10 years ago and had found a seated dime and a fired Civil War bullet. My friend had already been there last week, and found a V nickle and a couple Indian head pennies. My first good find was this key that the owner asked if he could keep because it probabaly went to the house. I gladly gave it to him. After that, we detected about 2 1/2 hours, mostly in the front yard. I found 7 Indian head pennies, 3 silver dimes, a Spencer case (possibly the case to the fired bullet he found), a very old child's locket that at one time had a colored stone in the center; it is very cheap, made from tin, but probably dates from the 1800's. There's a flat button, a flat hunk of lead, and some clad money including about 5 wheat backs. Its worth one more trip there.
