:usaflag::csflag: Went detecting with Mountain Man and Paul from Ohio yesterday...

After we had a good breakfast at Mountain Man's house, we were off to an early start in the relic fields. Here's a picture of Mountain Man in the early morning fog. Paul had completely disappeared somewhere in the distance.

Using a very small coil on my XLT, I was able to dig this perfect Spencer casing, 4" from another hole that had been dug. The little coil proved its worth in the heavy iron areas.

The tiny coil also retrieved this Lynchburg lead seal from I'm guessing cotton bales, or tobacco.

Dug several bullets.

Here is a picture of the better relics.

Was able to match up a Spencer bullet with a Spencer casing, and put them together. Cool, huh?
