:usaflag: A quickie hunt

Bill in Texas

New member
:detecting: I took my wife to a part of town that I don't go to very often. I dropped her off for a visit and went hunting, but we had to be home to meet someone in a hour and fifteen minutes, so I only got to hunt about 40 minutes. I used her Compadre, set the discrimination just above pull tab. and used a plastic trowel so I would not have to be careful. I had never hunted in this park before, but the ground was the usual very hard stuff that is around here, so I only dug shallow targets. I think this park has possibilities and will go back in the future. I was told that it had been very well hunted, but I was impressed with what I found in a very short time. The ring is a Avery 925 (sterling). Leaves are not marked. Bill in Texas :tesoro:
