Hi Neil,

I live less than a mile from this beach and spend a little time there each day.

Over the years I have come to think of this beach as "mine" and not much goes on there without my knowing about it or hearing about it.

In the nearly 40 years I have lived here there has never been a "seeded hunt" there!

Also there were too many other coins there that morning, some beginning to discolor from the salt and moisture indicating few hunters.

I sure would like to know how that coin got there, but alas I doubt if that will ever come to pass!

Thanks for you reply Friend,

CJ

Who knows some kid might have got into daddy's coin collection. I still find silver dimes mixed in with pocket change every now and then.

I found a 1942 dime on my beach last year, and it was in perfect shape.Oh i probably found it because i was hunting my beach with a Sov.
