:usaflag: A Little Gold, A Little Silver, The New Scoop Works Just Fine!! :detecting:

Rained all night and didn't stop until late morning, forcing me to cancel most of todays jobs. (It's raining again as I write this!)

By 1:30 PM I was in the water giving my new scoop a serious workout!

It's amazing how much difference a couple of pounds and a slightly different design has made in my digging targets!:clapping:

Now lets get down to brass tack--

here's one on a silver dime!

1-nickle, 3- clad dimes, 1- very thin penny, 1- silver dime and 1- 1948 class ring 10K along with a fair amount of junk metal resulted from almost 4 hours of diggin and I could have lasted a while longer!

The ring is a girls ring judging by the fact that it wouldn't slide past the second nuckle on my left pinky finger!

The 10K is a very brite color and in good shape with no tarnishing or sign of wear.

I'm pleased with the new scoop and at $99.00 it's a bargain!!!

will be restocking the shoreline for you. Glad to see someone is getting out, I can't seem to get away from the ranch or the bike club so far this year. I keep watching the tides at Watch Hill RI, thats one hour run for me, but finding the 2 hour drive time and 2 hours to be there seems to be the problem so far. Last of old hay leaving, new hay about to come in, going over to all round bales so not putting them in loft. Helping a neighbor rebuild there indoor after the heavy snows took it out for about 60 feet. Zoning passed a new rule now that those clear span barns now need to have 3 roof rafters bolted together instead of 2. We have been holding trail rides that run as poker runs like the bikes do to raise funds to help her. She is and older lady, husband in and out of hospital, so limited funds to rebuild, so its friends to the rescue. Not much time for the board but that will change. Looks like many others are in the same boat.
Looks like your new scoop will do the job and a little easier on the body. I miss it, but once again, daily life gets in the way at times....

I know what you mean about time George!

If you are a caring human being you will have commitments and obligations to honor.

Which is another way of saying "Life gets in the way!"

It would be a lot harder for me to get out there if I didn't live so close to my hunting grounds,

Go Easy,

CJ
